The room was very comfortable (including the bed and chairs), everything was very clean, and I loved having a kitchen that I could cook in! The view was great, there is a laundromat in the building, and the location is conveniently close to restaurants, groceries, shops, and the central train station. The host was also really responsive and kind.

Long wait times for lifts (this building really needs twice as many lifts as it has, and while I was there one or two lifts were often out of service). There was also some noise during the day from the construction happening on the building next door, but that didn't really bother me.

Incredible value for KL, and the BEST apartment owner ever! Communication is always prompt and reliable, and you feel very welcome right from the moment the booking was made. The apartment has a super convenient location close to KL Sentral for LRT, KTM connections, and monorail station is just a few minutes walk. It is very easy to explore the entire city (and beyond) by utilizing excellent public transport. Lots and lots of wonderful local eateries within a walking distance (and the majority stay open very late if you happen to arrive later in the evening). The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay, and the owner was always available for any questions or information. WiFi and AC worked perfectly. Self check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The building had fantastic amenities - including a stunning view over the city from their 53rd floor along with a beautiful swimming pool, as well as a hammack (and swing) area on the 30th floor. We have visited KL many times before, and without any question this place was our favourite! We would return here without any hesitation - many thanks for such a wonderful stay to the owner!
