Upper Suites KL Sentral

The location is very close to KL SENTRAL station, little india and Bangsar. The rooms are modern and nice, the view was amazing. The gym, the rooftop swimming pool are very nice, and the self service laudry very useful.

Only the shower, could be more comfortable, but ok!

Privacy and good behaviour.

Walkable distance to KL Sentral. Room cleanliness was generally okay. Basic amenities were provided.

The room was a bare minimum. Everything was kind of there but falling apart at the same time. The water kettles in both rooms were spoilt, the toilet was small and when showering the toilet gets flooded. Both rooms aircon was noisy and sounded like it was breaking apart. The towels weren’t very clean as it had quite a bit of stains and there were few strands of short hair on the bed when I first entered. Most importantly, the wifi was not usable as it was SO SLOW there’s no connection to the internet. Meaning the TV practically doesn’t work too due to no internet so it’s near impossible to watch anything. There was also a long queue for the lift and the lift is stuffy and cramp.
