Habitación amplia. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno con servicio personalizado a la habitación. El personal muy amable, servicial y colaborador (mayoría de atención recibida de la propietaria).
La ubicación, si bien no es muy remota, tampoco es cerca del centro de Guatavita. Aún cuando recibí indicaciones para la llegada vía WhatsApp, no resultó sencillo llegar. La calle de acceso al área donde está el hotel no es una calle principal y no se distingue fácilmente (en primera instancia). En una ocasión un auto bloqueaba la entrada. La zona de parqueo es bastante pequeña. No tiene servicio de restaurante y en el pueblo no hay muchos restaurantes. Los que hay cierran temprano (8 de la noche).

Tiene una vista preciosa y demasiado exclusiva, el paisaje parece sacado de película
La cama no nos pareció tan cómoda y en la descripción deberían especificar que toca subir una loma para llegar al sitio.
