Si ubicación y las instalaciones adecuadas
Llegamos sobre la hora del check out y solicitamos poder hacer uso del baño para cambiarnos y no lo permitieron. No son flexibles en cuanto a ofrecer una mejor experiencia para sus clientes

La ubicación es excelente, en toda la entrada de guatavita y es súper fácil de encontrar
Las cobijas estaban manchadas, el agua caliente la cortan temprano, las camas sonaban UN MONTÓN, estaban algo viejas. De esas en las que no puedes cambiar de posición dormido porque el ruido y rechinido de la cama te despierta. Además las instaciones están algo viejas, para tan bien renombre y ubicación deberían remodelar. No recomiendo para ocasiones especiales, es más cómo un hotel de último minuto
