Not my first time stay here, but i only keep coming back cause its that good, host is very kind and bonus he upgrade my accomdation. Thank you i will always book this place whenever im back in ilkeston

The apartment was spotless and had everything needed so felt like home from home. Modern and spacious. The bed was super comfy and we had a wonderful few nights sleep there. The area was peaceful and the roadside parking right on the doorstep. Will definitely be booking again when we next visit the area.

The apartment was good and modern with plenty of space.
LOTS of dust. The duvet was tucked down the side of the bed and when pulled out it was covered in dust off the floor. Dirty cotton pad under the bed. I stripped the bed before Leaving and the matress protector has a big yellow stain on it. No fans. It was extremely hot. Parking could be an issue as its street parking. The neighbour watches you over his fence when you come and go. TV would not connect to the internet. Our phones did. Contacted the host who did nothing to assist.
