The unit is thirty+ years old, many of the electrical outlets are way past prime, are almost dangerous and need replaced. On some of them the plug easily falls out. It is now almost required that electrical outlets be replaced every time the unit inside is painted or every ten years. IT HAS BEEN THIRTY YEARS! The refrigerator fills up with water below the crispers every few days. Why, we do not know! Never saw that before. Additionally, the primary (master) shower has enough power to knock an old person down from use, or even put out an ear drum! Replace the shower heads. Both toilets, in the unit, run excess water all the time, up to six times an hour. Try to sleep with that! A worker came and tried to fix one, but it merely runs less. Replace them with handicapped tall toilets! Squatly potties tend to hurt old people. Other than local workers, almost every person we saw in Orange Beach was retired or at least 65 years old. As your possible renters get older, they will require handrails in the bathrooms, and lighting over the table. A larger table and softer chairs would also be very nice. You are opening up yourself to bad ratings and perhaps lawsuits by further delays in improvements. Govern yourself accordingly!
