Ottima posizione. Con una passeggiata a piedi, si arriva facilmente in centro. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La casa anche. Appartamento molto ordinato.
Migliorerei il sistema di recupero chiavi. Inoltre fornirei almeno un ricambio di asciugamani perchè ne lasciano solo 1 a persona (1 mani a persona, 1 per la doccia a persona, 1 tappetino doccia), ma in 3 giorni avrei voluto avere almeno un altro cambio. Consiglio anche di lavarle meglio.

C'est un emplacement parfait pour être au calme tout en restant proche des commodiés du centre-ville. Le centre commercial des Nouvelles Galeries est à 5 minutes à pieds et il comporte un supermarché bio ouvert le dimanche matin, ce qui est très pratique pour faire ses courses en weekend. C'était très propre et j'entendais les oiseaux le matin en prenant mon petit-déjeuner. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.
Les voisins ont été très calmes donc tout était parfait, mais je voudrais juste prévenir ceux qui ont le sommeil très léger que la plupart des immeubles à Annecy n'ont pas une isolation phonique parfaite. Donc depuis le lit de la chambre, on entend quand les voisin se lèvent le matin. Je suppose que depuis le canapé du salon on entend absolument rien par contre.
