the room, the location, the cleaniness
the smell in the bathroom, that there was only one toilet paper and the elevator up
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
When i came there was a very very bad sewage smell in the bathroom and i called the customer service to come fix it and also when i opened a drawer beside the bed there was a dirty some brown stains on some pillows inside which make it less likely to come back as i am requesting a refund due to the bad pre service and no cleaning before the client comes as it made me a problem since i had to wait for the service while i had to leave urgently
