Great service and attention from Charia, who looked after us from start to finish. Good location for Sigiriya and Lion's Rock - 10 min drive. Great food from next door restaurant. Charia even taught (and beat) us carrom. Outside communal area was really good - pool table, Carrom, Chess and nice swimming pool.
Property needed a little updating. No fridges in rooms, kitchen needs modernising. Lots of power outages but that's Sri Lanka. Need more sun loungers and new pool cue!

It’s an ok place, but good value for the money when traveling in a group, as you get the whole place.
WiFi barely works and several of the sockets don’t work either.

Staff,beds, Pasindu & Ashoka were helpful.beds were comfortable
Shower, bathroom,except for drinking water & kettle, tea bags, don't expect anything more, We gave clothes for wash, for which they dint take money thank u . Also card was not working, asked for cash One of the bed room & bathroom had bad smell throughout , shower is very bad, no hotwater, taps broken, I went there only for washing machine, but we can't use it, only staff can operate. We payed very less for stay , so what u pay is what u get 😊
