The Loft was very nice and we always will take it, if we are in Sint Niklas again.

Very nice interior, good kitchen with all comfort, Nespresso automat, caps included. Very good bath.

No reason for criticism, but due it is an old building, the stairs to 3rd floor are small and a little bit tricky. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

Wonderful modern and spacious apartment.

Our stay was wonderful! Really impressive modern and spacious apartment. I picked the key with an employee at a shop. The only problem was the electronic fob key that could not open the apartment door. Back to the manager at the shop. She managed to open the electronic door via NFC. After that, all went well, but someone had to stay in the property when I went out for groceries.

Problem with the electronic door lock. Everything else was PERFECT.

Fresh and clean

The space is absolutely gorgeous and spotless! The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole place smells amazing. There was also hot chocolate and it was delicious.

The loft was a little noisy, you could hear every move anyone made in the space. The price

Wspaniały apartament z klimatyzacją

Piękny wystrój. Przestronne, komfortowe mieszkanie. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, w tym tabletki do zmywarki i kilka kapsułek do ekspresu. WiFi bez zarzutów. Bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja - mimo strasznych upałów w trakcie naszego pobytu całe mieszkanie miało bardzo komfortową temperaturę. Sprawna pralkosuszarka. Duży telewizor z możliwości zalogowania do wszystkich dużych platform streamingowych.

Mieszkanie przy deptaku bez możliwości podjazdu samochodem, nawet w celu rozpakowania. Parking przy stacji z ograniczeniami wysokości pojazdów - z boxem dachowym nie mogliśmy wjechać. Możliwość płatnego parkingu na pobliskich ulicach - zawsze udało nam się coś znaleźć choć czasem trzeba było trochę poszukać. Bardzo strome i wąskie schody - dla sprawnej osoby bez bagażu nie stanowią problemu, ale z bagażem lub nawet minimalną niedyspozycją wejście może być trudne. Dodajemy zdjęcie dla oceny. Dość mała lodówka

Geweldige, smaakvol ingerichte, zeer ruime loft op een goede lokatie. Heerlijke bedden en een fijne ruime, goed voorziene keuken. Superschoon appartement. Leuke ijszaak onder het appartement.

Modernes, sauberes Loft in perfekter Lage mit Klimaanlage und großem TV

Das Loft war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war modern und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich hat das gesamte Loft angenehm gekühlt – ideal bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom riesigen Fernseher, der für gemütliche Abende perfekt war. Die Lage ist optimal, um Gent, Antwerpen und Brüssel zu entdecken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

In der Toilette gibt es ein kleines Waschbecken mit einem eher unpraktischen Wasserhahn, und es scheint keine Abluftanlage zu geben. Zudem fehlten Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher sowohl im Badezimmer als auch in der Toilette. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarräumen hören kann.

Attention pas de parking associé au logement et dans une rue piétonne. Au 2eme étage sans ascenseur avec escaliers raides.

Super appartement mais accueil zéro. Quel dommage!

L'appartement est super (dommage que la télé ne marchait pas)

Accueil froid, sans aucun sens du Service. 25 minutes d'attente avec femme et enfants pour enfin pouvoir déposer nos affaires et entendre nous dire de repasser dans 1 heures pour avoir la carte d'accès... c'est très décevant, incompréhensible et pas du tout au niveau de l'appartement... quel dommage !!

Top Empfehlung, gute Verkehrsanbindung, wunderschönes Loft

Die Größe und Ausstattung des Appartments waren super. Modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber, tolle Küche mit Nespresso Maschine und allem, was man braucht. Unsere Kinder (schon 15 und 16) fanden die Sofas etwas unbequem. Die 2 Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmern dagegen waren sehr gut. Ansonsten hat uns das Appartment völlig überzeugt, auch die Lage zwischen Gent und Antwertpen zum Sightseeing und die direkte Bahnanbindung in Sint-Niklaas. Es gibt übrigens noch einen Parkbereich (Parking Noordlaan), der zwar 5-7 Minuten zu laufen ist, dafür aber auch kostenlos. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Treppe zur Wohnung war extrem steil. Da musste man sich auf jeden Fall immer mit einer Hand festhalten. Für größere Kinder sind die Sofas zum Schlafen nicht so gut geeignet.
