1a Lage in der Nähe der Subway, die Nachbarschaft ist authentisch und das fand ich persönlich 1a! Auch das man von hier aus alles sehr einfach erreichen kann, zu Fuß, als auch mit Bus und Bahn fand ich sehr entspannt.
Man ist nicht weit von allem entfernt und trotzdem ist es nicht touristisch überlaufen.
Der Host ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
Ich habe wochenlang im Vorgang versucht den Host über Booking zu erreichen, was allerdings nicht funktioniert hat. Reaktionen kamen erst als ich vor Ort war.
Als Anregung würde ich die Anschaffung einer Mikrowelle oder zumindestens eines Wasserkochers empfehlen.

ubytovani byo opravdu ciste 👍🏼 , pracka se nam po tydnu opravdu hodila, ale vyprane pradlo neni kam povesit, k dispozici varic, varna konvice, fen, 4 male rucniky
ocenuji rychlou komunikaci s provozovatelem
pri sprchovani nesmite strikat vodou na dvere, protoze se voda vali do pokoje 🙈, chybi pak rucnik nebo hadr na zem, kterym to utrete
deka byla nepovlecena, neprijemne naducane dva polstare, kdo spi na nizkem polstarku, tak se nevyspi, povleceni polstaru z neprijemne umele silonove latky, potrebovali jsme ubytovani pro dva a tato tenoucka matrace opravdu nesplnuje aspon minimalni komfort pro dva, pokud spite vedle sebe nehybne oba na zadech bez pohybu, tak to asi jednorazove jde 😊

숙소 근처에 맛집 많아요.
반지하긴 하지만 에어컨이나 난방 틀면 습하지도 않고 괜찮아요.
무엇보다 저렴한 가격이 모든것을 이해시켜주었습니다.
직원분들 대처도 빨라서 좋았습니다.
처음에 위치 찾기가 좀 어려워요.
지희빌딩이라고 알려주시면 좋을거 같아요!

Location was great... right next to the nakseongdae train station. The host communicates well and all the furniture and kitchenette were modern. It has very good storage for the small space.
The most important piece of furniture is the bed and it's more like a box spring than a mattress. A traditional korea floor mat would have been way more comfortable or place one on top of the boxstring. It slept very poorly. The hallway noise easily comes into the room. The apartment has a lot of water and moisture as it is a basement apartment with little light. I recommend a humidifier. Those with allergies be aware.
