Just a few minutes walking away from airport limousin bus stop. Laundry machine inaide the room help very much.
Code key to enter the room only provided 10mins before the check in starts at 3pm. As no reception, you cannot leave your luggage after check out on your last day.

Good bang for your buck. Pretty quiet because it's the top floor. The owner got a repair guy for leaking AC quite quickly.
After fixing the AC the owner did not reply at all anymore. There was a notice for unpaid bills and the internet stopped working the last week. I would have liked to extend but all my messages and calls were ignored.

I liked the private room and the view from the balcony. The fact it was a studio room equipped with all the necessary facilities. kitchen, bathroom, desk, fridge, towels etc.
The room was unclean in certain areas, shower and such. The Ac didn't work, and it was on a particularly hot day.
