I liked the private room and the view from the balcony. The fact it was a studio room equipped with all the necessary facilities. kitchen, bathroom, desk, fridge, towels etc.
The room was unclean in certain areas, shower and such. The Ac didn't work, and it was on a particularly hot day.

Near subway and bus station and lots of restaurant and cafe nearby
I was given the roof top unit and there was mo elevator. The flush sometimes runs automatically which rattled me a bit. Also

It’s conveniently located near the metro station and has everything you need for a comfortable two-night stay. The shower also has great water pressure.
Plus, since it was cherry blossom season, there was a beautiful cherry tree right outside the door. 🌸
When you first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell. Even after airing the place out, it was still there when you came back. The good thing is that you eventually got used to it and didn’t really notice it anymore.
