the studio itself was excellent for the money, maybe the bed would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay but besides that everything was okay
the location wasn’t the best, with a huge suitcase the way there was pretty exhausting, and there is no elevator

The room is clean and tidy, with plenty of space and excellent sound insulation. It's a self-check-in place and the landlord provided comprehensive check-in information. There is also a water heater in the room. My throat has been feeling uncomfortable recently, and being able to drink hot water has made me very happy. This is my 11th time coming to Seoul. This is the most comfortable house I have ever stayed in and the price is very reasonable. I plan to stay in Seoul for a month next summer. It would be great if I could still stay here then.

Well located for my needs, well equipped.
The bathroom was a bit rusty/mouldy but was still serviceable.

- Easy to communicate with the host who replies quickly and kindly - No problem to communicate with the host in English - Receiving detailed explanation before and during the stay - Simple kitchen and washing machine in each room
- Surely some spaces to improve such as bed sheet which is torn - Mold in the bathroom (it should be removed by special spray) - Not so clean overall
