YH House Hongdae, Sinchon

We were three adult males travelling by bicycle to ride from Seoul to Busan. I brought my bike with me from Australia packed in a large bike box. We booked three separate room at YH House as they were very reasonably priced. The plan was to stay 3 days prior to riding to Busan and then two more days after the ride. This creates the problem of what to do with the bike box for the 9 days in between our stays, as it was required for my return journey to Australia. YH House not only agreed to keep my bike box safe whilst we were on the ride but also allowed us to leave a large suitcase, all at no extra cost. The bike box and suitcase were sitting in our room waiting for us when we returned for our second stay. There is also a space in the basement where the bike could be assembled and later disassembled. Our plane had arrived late on our first visit, about 9.30pm, we didn't arrive at YH House until about 11.00pm. Nevertheless, a young lady was there to meet us and show us to our rooms. She was very helpful and spoke good English. Their hospitality got even better. Our scheduled departure flight out of Seoul back to Australia was due to leave at 9.30 pm. Check out time is normally 11.00am which meant we had about 6.5 hrs to wait around until our transfer van collected us at about 5.30 pm. It is normal for accommodation houses to offer to store your luggage for you however, on this occasion, YH House allowed us to keep one of the rooms for as long as we needed it. This allowed us all to get showers etc prior to heading to the airport. This 'very' late check out was provided at no cost. Our single rooms were clean and comfortable and included small kitchens including cutlery, fridge, microwave and hotplates. Wifi and AC worked well. Laundry facilities also available. Location is very good with a supermarket, convenience stores, coffee shops and a multitude of restaurants all within walking distance.

Nil issues. YH House did everything possible to make the stay an enjoyable one.

Good location, elevator, plenty of bus routes, pharmacy nearby, helpful and friendly owners. I had issues with a cooking pot and they replaced it for me on the same day. 💕

Lack of cooking tools (knives, scissors), sometimes the kitchenette sink was dripping, the hot water heats up quite rapidly, so it's hard to not get icy to scalding water while showering. The hill is a tad steep, so prep your legs!

地點距離熱門商圈比較近，房間不大但是該有的都有，入住前一天會把房間密碼發給我然後自行入住就好，跟房東都是線上溝通但是回覆很快，住5樓以上的話房間風景還蠻好看的。

房間本身比較老，牆紙和地板的角落會有一點翹起，廁所也有一點老舊。
