Excellent value for money. The property has everything you need inside for a comfortable stay. Lovely balcony with comfy outdoor furniture with amazing sea view and 2 minute walk to the beach. Also told us we could check out late afternoon as we had an evening flight very friendly owners will definitely stay there again. Also no need to hire a car as 2 minutes walk to restaurants and bars and 5-10 minutes to centre of las americas

The view is just outstanding. A full panoramic view of the bay.
This was probably the best stocked apartment we have ever rented.
Lovely pool area.
Full size oven and hob. Washing machine and dishwasher. All high end mod cons.
Good communication with the owners.
A minor issue on arrival but resolved without fuss within one hour.
The walk to the sea front is steep and there is limited access for a person with limited mobility or a wheelchair user.
The apartment could do with some new pillows as they are like bricks.
