The owner had very good communication via WhatsApp and supplied the pin code for the apartment. The apartment had everything you would want, excellent facilities. The owner has really thought of everything... there is private parking available and also plenty at the front. The room was very clean with good lighting. The bed was very comfortable and there was even complimentary snacks and plenty bottles of water. The bathroom is a wet room ... but there was a squeegee which worked well. It's only about a 15 minute walk to Nizwa main gates, so no need to take the car. In summary, a fabulous little apartment which was ideal for our stay.

Google maps took me through all the narrow back streets... even though the apartment is just off the main road outside... plan your arrival well in advance.

A perfect place to stay in Nizwa. Walking distance from main sights. Very clean and comfortable and caring host. Easy parking and access to the main road.
