The location is great - it's close to Al Mouj, the airport and one of the main highways which makes it easy to get around. There are great restaurants right outside of the building which is great for late nights, and a small market right by the apartment as well for groceries. The unit itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Unfortunately, only one of the AC remotes worked, not that it is a big issue, but it was a bit of a problem at night when my friend and I would want to change our room temperatures, or turn off the AC. It was also quite loud due to being right beside a main road with lots of loud cars driving by, though this is something out of anyone's control.

We stayed there as a family of four. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a great location. The owner, Rashid, was very kind, and all communication was very smooth. We highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our last days of the trip — close to the airport and also near the port for our trip to Dimaniyad Island.
Please note that the apartment is close to the main road, so there can be some traffic noise, which is expected given the location.
