Banheiro com chuveiro sem fechamento (uma cortina ou parede de box) da banheira. Depois de cada banho o banheiro ficava inundado. Falta pano de chão, pano de prato. A cama com colchão muito ruim, os dois caíam em um buraco no meio. As costas reclamaram. Infelizmente estavam pintando o corredor e a escada, corrimão e porta do prédio. Tínhamos que tomar cuidado para não ficarmos borrados com a tinta, pois não havia aviso do que estava pintado recente. Deixaram uma escada na entrada, dificultando a acesso ao abrir a porta do prédio. A comunicação com o back office da empresa foi muito confusa: eu explicava uma coisa para uma determinada pessoa e outra respondia sem ter lido o que eu informei, perguntava a mesma coisa.

Funcionó todo muy bien. La única advertencia es que está en un primer piso por una escalera angosta, para transportar maletas grandes, sería incómodo

The staff have commertial Whatsapp account so it might be hard to reach them on the weekend.

Location is perfect, in the hip and progressive Gracia district. The host Jefferson contacted me after landing and waited for us in the apartment and kindly explained everything. The facilities in the apartment are good in principle - even provided a tablet for the dishwasher and the washing machine.

The address was quite misleading, it is Travessera de Gracia 164 but the booking page only says: de Gracia 164 and the GPS pin indicates the location two blocks further away than in reality. This made pre-booking a taxi from the airport difficult and more costly as i had to change the address on the way - once I got the correct address from the host. The apartment has a nice design but there are two main problems: the bed is too high (it’s actually placed on an improvised structure) and this makes it difficult for us (70+) to get out; also because of the large drawers under the bed sticking out so that your feet can't be placed well when getting in and out. The mattress was too weak. So after two nights we got terrible backpains :-( The other problem is the shower - in the bathtub. There are no curtains so after a shower everything in the bathroom is wet and slippery. The organisation renting out this apartment charges 130 euro for cleaning - which I found quite a lot especially as we left the apartment tidy; plus they charged 30 euro for extra pillows - which to me is excessive. All in all this is an overcharged apartment for the comfort and service offered.
