Hatalmas, jól felszerelt apartman, tökéletes helyen, a ZTL-passnak köszönhetően ingyenes parkolás a közelben, reggeliző helyek, múzeumok, bárok, jó éttermek, bolt (Coop) vagy csak pár lépésre vagy kis sétával könnyen elérhetőek, a kiadóval egyszerű és gyors a kommunikáció.
Régi épület révén az ablakok éjszaka is átengedik az egyébként nyugodt, ház elötti sétálóutca zaját, de 1-2 pohár bor megoldja a problémát : )
