I was concerned about negative reviews until I arrived

I can't complain much about this place! It's a private studio for a fair price close to a train station. Direct train and bus to the UN campus, where I worked during my stay. That wasn't the least for my choice is that the place doesn't charge extra for a pet! Arrived there at 14:45, and the room wasn't still made up, but cleaning ladies came within half an hour. It's equipped with all necessary facilities (fridge, kettle, etc). The bathroom is really spacious. The room has blackout curtains. Overall, a great place for its price. I extended it for a few more days.

A bit of bad smell coming from drains, and a "kitchen" faucet was almost broken. My windows faced some construction fold, and people were carrying stuff at 7am, what was waking me up. I really missed having a socket next to the bed (some extension from another one would be great) and a table - there's enough space in the corner to put one. Also, some little shelf in the shower cabin would be nice to have to put my toiletries.

na obiekcie nie zastałem nikogo w żadnej recepcji. przywitał mnie jedynie dziwny kot bardzo łaszący się do ludzi. nie było recepcji nie było recepcjonisty ani nawet żadnej ochrony. obiekt moim zdaniem bardziej przypominał szpital psychiatryczny niż hostel. przyjechałem tam ok 11 rano zmęczony po 8 godz podróży w nadziei na odpoczynek. absurdalne komunikaty typu skontaktuj sie z nami dzień wcześniej przez whats up wskazują na dziwność tego miejsca. dodatkowo drzwi z zamkami szyfrowymi ze starej walizki rodem w domku obok to jakiś absurd. szybko się stamtąd oddaliłem i wykupiłem normalny hotel

Vi rejste straks uden at gøre brug af opholdet. Alt var ulækkert, beskidt og rodet - inde og ude. Vi har klaget og bedt om at få refunderet pengene. Booking.com bør ikke kunne leve med at have det sted i jeres tilbud.

Sehr mysteriös. Die Zimmerbeschreibung ist völlig übertrieben - auf jeden Fall ist nichts gemütlich.

Alles ein bisschen mysteriös. Die Unterkunftbeschreibung ist sehr "blumig" und wahrlich übertrieben. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Auf jeden Fall ist hier nichts gemütlich. Parkplatz? Etwa im engen Innenhof, in dem noch 2 weiter Autos (eins davon offensichtlich defekt) sich in die Quere gekommen sind. Außerhalb keine Parkmöglichkeit. WLAN? Türklinge fällt immer noch ab. Um fair zu bleiben: auf Anfragen wird sofort reagiert und ein Video beschreibt den Zugang zum Apartment. Ich habe trotz mehrfacher Anfrage nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten.

Kurzaufenthalt in Bad Godesberg

Guter, flexibler und schneller Service. Ich könnte sogar ein Tag vorher einchecken als geplant. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die separate Küchennische, die es mir ermöglichte, mir meine eigenen kleinen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und somit flexibel zu sein. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war auch ideal. Man ist direkt in Bad Godesberg und mit dem Auto in weniger als 20 Minuten in Bonn. Insgesamt kann ich dieses möblierte Zimmer mit TV und Küchennische nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt braucht!

Katastrophe. Andere Unterkunft suchen!

Die Unterkunft ist nicht existent! Es erfolgte telefonisch keine Reaktion auf die übermittelte Anreisezeit. Vor Ort ist kein Gästehaus zu finden. Ein veraltetes Schild am Hauseingang, man möge den Schlüssel für das Gästehaus im Weinhaus Werz abholen, ist nicht zielführend, da es im Nachbarhaus kein Weinhaus Werz mehr gibt - schon seit Jahren nicht mehr, wie uns Einheimische wissen ließen. Wir laufen jetzt unserem Geld hinterher.

Günstiger Preis, aber vieles ist noch improvisiert; wir kamen damit zurecht.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Kein Straßenlärm. Betten ok.

Vorhangschiene halb gebrochen, Wasserhahn der Spüle wackelt, Toilettendeckel abmontiert. Keine Handtücher (wir hatten glücklicherweise eigene dabei). Großer Lärm im Nachbarzimmer und auf dem Flur ca. 2 Uhr nachts.

Nie wieder....

Die Lage ist ok. Die Dusche war sehr gut. Es gab WLAN.

Man wußte gar nicht, wo man parken sollte. Bei der Haustüre ist die Klinke abgefallen. Was die komplette Ausstattung sein sollte, weiß ich auch nicht. Der Klodeckel war nicht befestigt. Zwei Spiegel waren nicht befestigt. Es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Das Bett war bis zur Wand am Fenster geschoben. Habe es ein Stück in den Raum gezogen, damit ich gut aus dem Bett aufstehen konnte. Auf der Seite, wo mein Mann geschlafen hat, hat das Bett total laut geknarrt, wenn er sich gedreht oder aufgestanden ist. Der Boden war dreckig. Im Kühlschrank auch Schmutz. Dann stand dort eine Spüle, wo der Wasserhahn total gewackelt hat. Am Hängeschrank fehlte eine Tür. Auf dem Boden war es dreckig. Der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Es gab auch keine Anleitung. Es gab zwei Stühle und noch nicht mal einen Tisch. 5 Kleiderbügel an einer Stange. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ganz und gar nicht.
