Clean👌... There is heating. Awesome shower. Large terrace with a stunning view, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING😍... A spacious apartment with a large, comfortable bed, a large kitchen where there is absolutely everything if you want to cook something... even different spices, a refrigerator with wine from local plantations... in general, everything you need for a wonderful vacation... a very romantic atmosphere, especially in the evening, when you turn on the backlight in the kitchen!!! a place for chill-out♥️♥️♥️... 10/10👌... Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation... I think that soon we will be happy to visit your place again... Thank you )))

Beautiful apartment. Lovely balcony. So spacious. Jan, the host was very helpful, communication was excellent from the minute we booked and met us at the accommodation. Will definitely be back if in the area. Parking was immediately outside apartment.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mankos

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und er war bei Fragen für uns da. Die Reinigungsutensielien direkt vor der Eingangstür wirken leider beim Ankommen nicht sehr einladend,jedoch wird man dann beim betreten der Wohnung sehr positiv überrascht.

Leider sind die Spiegel im Bad zwar sehr schön aber leider nicht sehr praktisch auch fehlten uns Ablagen in der Dusche (es gab leider nicht eine) und einige Stellen (wie hinter den Türen, die Lichtschalter und besonders die Klimaanlagen) wurde leider schon länger nicht mehr geputzt.

Immer wieder gerne ! Ich habe mich sehr gut erholt !

Eine sehr komfortable, modern eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Sie liegt in der Grüne, 2 km von der Rheinpromenade vom Königswinter. In der Nähe sind zu Fuß REWE und NETTO zu erreichen. Es gibt in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Der Besitzer war immer per Handy oder Mail erreichbar, nett und hilfsbereit.

Schmuckstück im zweiten Obergeschoss

Die Wohnung beeindruckt durch ihre Optik. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine gute Aussicht. Die Lage in einem MFH ist recht ruhig (Eisenbahn hört man). Für einen spontanen kurzen Gang ins Restaurant vielleicht zu weit vom Schuss. Das Bad ist cool und von der Größe her okay für zwei Personen. Darüber wird es vermutlich kritisch (Beispiel: Nur ein Handtuchhalter) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super (Ich war bei gut 30°C dort). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert super!!! Vor der Anreise erhielt ich ein informatives Video zum Parkplatz, Schlüsselbox, Haustürschloss und Gang zur Wohnung. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt, der leider nur eine Nacht dauerte.

Mit Koffer & Co. zwei Etagen über eine nicht sonderlich breite Treppe hinaufzugehen, das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Klar, oben wird man dann mit der schönen Wohnung belohnt. Ich tat mich etwas schwer mit der Eingabe des Codes an der Schlüsselbox, die fast bodentief angebracht ist.

Ruime woning, ligging , ruim terras met ligzetels.

Onthaal, vuile stoelen, volle asbak, geen wijn zoals beloofd, geen koffie zoals beloofd, tv. werkte slecht, minimaal aantal handdoeken ( voor een week: 2 badhanddoeken + 1 kleine handdoek voor 2 mensen ),zeepdispenser bij toilet was leeg, verhouding prijs- kwaliteit ( 850€!), screen aan oostzijde defect (zon ’s morgens hevig), tweede verdieping met alleen trap …

Sehr gute FeWo für Reinsteig-Wanderungen oder Bonn-Besuche. Nicht gut gepflegt.

Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen (am Rheinsteig) und auch für Restaurants im Ort, sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute schriftliche Hinweise für Restaurants, Einkauf etc. Meist gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Wohnung wird auch über airbnb angeboten).

Dachfenster bereits gelb-grün angelaufen, sollten geputzt werden. Pflanzen in der Wohnung weitestgehend vertrocknet. Liegenauflagen lagen im Regen und waren somit nicht benutzbar. Geschirr / Besteck zusammengewürfelt. Sehr einfaches Bettzeug auf einem guten Bett.
