About this house rental
Completely new (2018) renovated and furnished detached house on a large garden plot. Conveniently located in the catchment area of Cologne and Bonn, yet in the countryside at the gateway to the Westerwald.
You visit friends or family? For a short time, up to 7 people can be accommodated.
You would like to go on vacation in the beautiful area? Everything is ready for you and your children! Please note our weekly discount!

We have completely renovated our about 100 square meters house next door and bright and newly furnished.
The master bedroom (bed 180cm wide) is equipped with a workplace.
Here is of course space for a travel cot.
The second bedroom is suitable for children with play area and painting table. Of course there are three adults in the short term; the beds are accordingly equipped with good mattresses. (90x200 and 160x200)
A bathroom is suitable for seniors or wheelchair accessible with a large walk-in shower and a raised toilet.
The second bathroom has been completely new integrated into the house.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and with all the basics (spices, oils, etc.) and oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer can be completely frust-free and elaborate cooking! There is even a pizza stone in the over 300 degrees heatable 90cm oven ...
The dining room is stylishly furnished with antiques and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The living room offers with an open fireplace and armchairs an oasis of peace ... The TV with DVD player then stays like :-)
Here is the sofa a nearly full-value single bed (80x200), if necessary, another folding bed for short-term accommodation can be provided.
In front of the house is a large south-facing terrace, next to the house another with stunning views to Cologne Cathedral!
A large garden with cherry tree and play structure surrounds the house.
A carport and another parking space fenced on the property.
Access for guests:
The house is completely designed for our guests, nobody else lives there, there are no other residential units. The cellar is not accessible, part of the garden is our kitchen garden.
We live next door and are always your first contact for tips and help
On request and for a fee:
Bread service, laundry service, filled fridge on arrival
We went to great lengths to maintain the old parquet and would be pleased to use slippers.
For smokers we even have a covered terrace with a view, smoking is prohibited in the house.
Like any other location near metropolitan areas, there are noise disturbances here as well. About us airplanes fly in about 1km altitude the Cologne Bonn airport with wind from north, north-west. Also at night. Take-off aircraft do not fly over us. In other wind situations, the planes also fly other routes and not over our area.
