COS54 - Exclusive Apartment -

Appartamento pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. Bagno impeccabile e spazioso. Il balconcino è delizioso, anche se l'affaccio non è il massimo, ma si vede che chi gestisce la struttura fa del suo meglio.

In generale il quartiere non è un granché. Dalla lavatrice veniva un cattivo odore.

In sintesi, tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Meravigliose Jaki e Miriam che mi hanno assistita al check in e check out, super disponibili ed esaurienti nelle spiegazioni per l'accesso allo stabile e la gestione del soggiorno di due settimane. Posizione perfetta vicino al Politecnico, 15 min dal Penny Market. Accesso allo stabile con più cancelli, apribili solo con le chiavi fornite, e presenza portineria molto dosponibile a rispondere ad ogni dubbio. Appartamento molto accogliente e luminoso, mobili nuovi, riscaldamento a pavimento, dotazione coerente e in più lavatrice.

A very nice small apartment, perfect for couples who enjoy cooking at home. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. I think it would be nice to add an electric kettle for boiling water and some kitchen paper. The shower is comfortable, with constant hot water, and there’s also a small washing machine. There are two balconies, and it’s convenient for drying clothes. The apartment isn’t in a central location, but the price is very reasonable compared to Milan’s high prices. You can reach the city center in about 30 minutes by light rail. There’s a little walk to the station. There’s a good supermarket called Tigros about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is located in a secure residential complex, so you need to open several gates/doors with a code. That was the only minor inconvenience for me.

Some drawers need more cleaning.

The property was clean and comfortable. The property was modern and had great air conditioning. It was a comfortable little apartment.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils. There was also no toaster or kettle. No sharp knives. We reported issues with a broken chair on the balcony and the main shower head not working. We were told a technician would be in touch but this never happened and the issue was never resolved. This property is out of the way and requires a train, bus or uber to the central which can rack up the cost every day if you're doing this. Your access in and out of the property is via digital keys on your mobile device, and is somewhat confusing to get your head around first. Therefore you need to keep your mobile charged as this is your access in to the property. We were given no physical keys. Lastly, we asked for late check out and was told we could check out at midday for 30 euros, and then were awoken at 10am by the cleaner throwing us out to then be told that late check out wasn't available, despite being told it was an option the night before.
