Heron House- Fermoyle Properties

Wonderful place in the middle of the Burren, very remote with an astonishing view. The house is great and has everything you need. Can only recommend it if you want to get away into nature - still close to all the tourist spots like the Cliffs of Moher, Galway etc.

We have just returned from staying at Heron House and we were all sad to leave but looking forward to making another booking! The house is very impressive -the whole house is welcoming, well presented, thoughtfully laid out and furnished. The bedrooms are all a good size with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The kitchen is very spacious with everything you could need including a lovely BBQ. The sitting room is cozy and filled with books and family friendly games to keep everyone occupied and happy on the rainy days but the beach is only a few minutes drive with beautiful scenery on the way. The extra little touches like having tea, coffee, orange juice etc was a great help and very much appreciated. The garden was safe so once the gate was closed we were able to let the children explore to their hearts content.

It would have been nice to check in a little earlier than 4pm and to stay a little longer than 10am but we understand it's probably not possible to get everything ready in time for guests.

Beautiful home with plenty of room.

Spacious rooms. Close to Fanore beach and other attractions. House was clean with great facilities. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.
