Washer/Dryer and 1 Car Garage. Enter into the 1 car garage and up a flight of stairs to a Beautiful Guest Apartment. King size bed in bedroom. Double Futon Couch in Living Room.

The place is as seen. Tastefully decorated and clean. While it is in a quiet neighborhood it is conveniently close to many store and restaurants. Also a 17 min drive to Cottonwood Canyon. We are frequent travelers that have stayed in many places, and this is one of the best.

Our stay was short, but well worth it after camping and backpacking. Christine was a great host, great communication, helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean, decorated nicely, warm, cozy and comfortable. Location is peaceful and beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. Pros we’re having a garage and washer and dryer. Highly recommended this guest apartment.
