This host was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Check in was super smooth and easy, which isn’t always a given! I travel a lot for work, so it’s a relief when logistics are made so convenient.

Would not have booked if the description would have stated it was a basement. Pictures showed the front entrance and garage. Reason I was working early and would go to bed before 8pm It was hard to sleep with noise from upstairs neighbors. Also was not sent the app for the HVAC system until 3 days into my stay
