THIS IS A WELL APPOINTED POOL HOUSE, JUST MINUTES WALK FROM THE HAMILTON CBD, AND THE CLAUDELANDS EVENTS CENTRE. IDEAL FOR THOSE HERE ON BUSINESS, FOR OVERSEAS VISITORS, AND COUPLES LOOKING FOR A LUXURY RETREAT.
IT IS A FREE STANDING HOME, OVERLOOKING A TENNIS COURT, A LARGE SWIMMING POOL & ESTABLISHED GARDENS.
Amenities Include: Alfresco Dining, Under cover Barbecue, A private relaxing pool area surrounded by Trees, Tennis Court, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Dart Board, Sky TV + Netflix, Stereo system, and a commercial grade heat pump for the cold winter months. The pool is not shared with others.

GUESTS (ONLY) HAVE FULL USE OF THE ON SITE AMENITIES.
We offer a slice of paradise, nestled in over 1/2 an acre of lush grounds, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Victoria Street. This peaceful hideaway is walking distance to shops, cafes, Restaurants, Casino or River Walks. There is an on site allocated car park for guests.

Was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful property for 3 nights recently. Modern, tidy, well presented and having a pool and hot tub was an absolute luxury, while the pool table made for great entertainment. Hosts were incredibly friendly, communicated well and went above and beyond to ensure i had all i needed. Highly recommended!!!

The property is a dream little abode that even though I was working instantly felt like I was on holiday in a full spec resort. Great hosts, I will certainly look to return.
