Can Pericas is a charming family retreat situated on a private one-acre plot just a mile from the coast of Puerto Pollensa. This spacious two-level house features a master bedroom upstairs and is perfect for family gatherings, boasting expansive lawns, a pristine pool, and classic swings. The bright interiors include multiple French doors that open to various terraces, allowing for relaxing meals and leisure time in the shade.
Ideal for rest and sunshine, Can Pericas is just a 10-minute drive from the beach and close to the charming streets and restaurants of Pollensa Old Town. For family nights, there’s a barbecue for outdoor dining under ancient olive trees, making it a wonderful destination for creating lasting memories.
Layout
The ground floor features a living and dining area equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker, with direct access to the terrace and back garden. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. This level also includes two twin bedrooms, each with two 90cm beds, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and a separate WC. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, along with an additional living room.
