Der private Pool in guter Größe, ruhige Lage. Komfortable Größe, das Nebengebäude ist sehr praktisch. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine. Handtuchwechsel zur Mitte der Woche. Großer Parkplatz für mehrere Autos. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Klimaanlage nur in den Schlafzimmern, teilweise nicht ausreichend dimensioniert (bei 39 Grad) Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen ausstehend, wenn man genauer hinschaut. Achtung, das dritte Badezimmer ist nicht im Haus, sondern im Nebengebäude
