The property is located in the Passatge de Ermedas residential area, in a privileged setting between the towns of Palafrugell and Mont-ras, very close to the beaches of Calella and Llafranc.
The Space
The house, tastefully decorated and finished with high-quality materials, offers 360 m² of living space on a single level
The floor plan features two spacious and comfortable living rooms, one of which has a large square table seating 8 guests, both with large windows that flood the space with light and offer spectacular views of the garden, the pool, and the Empordà landscape. The living rooms open onto the garden and a fantastic, sunny terrace, furnished with high-quality furniture, where you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco or relax in the shade of the porch. There is a beautiful, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which opens onto the garden and terrace. On this same floor, there are 4 comfortable double bedrooms—3 with a double bed (all 3 with air conditioning) and one with two single beds. These 4 bedrooms share two bathrooms with showers and have direct access to the garden and pool. There is a TV and game area, a fifth bedroom with a bunk bed and its own bathroom, and finally a loft with a sofa bed.
The three main bedrooms have air conditioning, and the others have standing fans.
On the first floor is the impressive 5,000 m² lawn, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the beautiful pool, which will delight both adults and children. A true paradise for enjoying the summer, surrounded by nature and with complete privacy.
It features a separate laundry room, a private bike garage, and ample parking for guests and visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at a stunning property, the house has been beautifully maintained and is fully stocked. Beds very comfortable. Owner was super kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time. Close drive to beach.
