We had the best time on our vacation! This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 and we were able to bring our fur baby. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We will be staying g here again.

House had all we needed and most importantly it was clean. Linens were great quality and kitchen well equipped. Home was a short walk to the ocean.

We loved the location of the home, love the pool and little neighborhood. We really enjoyed the home and the set up was great for our family. We had a variety of ages with our children with their spouses in their 20's and my husband and in our 50's we had enough separation if the kids wanted to stay up and play games or hang out others could go to bed early. When we had any issue the management were great to resond and super helpful. The only wish we had in comparison to other homes we've stayed in on 30A is the amenities....most have basic food needs like salt and pepper and extra paper towels and toilet paper. We had to go purchase extra trash bags and paper products. Also most places provide beach towels...makes packing lighter. House was pretty clean the primary we found sand under the rug in the bedroom and in the bunk bed on the bed we found two fake press on toe nails. Probably some kid had. Otherwise the bathrooms, kitchens, bedding etc seemed to be pristine. We gave it a 5 star overall because the complaints were just suggestions to make it over the top but not necessary. We were sad that on the second day the hot tub no longer was working and for not able to use for the rest of our stay.

When we arrived the place was very dirty. Hair everywhere. Our kids went to bed and we found out that sheets and covers all were covered in urine. Had to wash everything.
