The apartment was well situated. There were restaurants and stores close by as well as several metro lines. The hosts were communicative and sent a plumber when there was a leak in the sink. It only took an hour to repair and it was during some down time so we were glad it got fixed. The apartment doesn't have much charm but it does have great potential. We had everything we needed and there were fans as well as space heaters. The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable and creaky but we got used to it. Great shower. We did think there should be a link to the TV manual and the oven. We were able to use the oven but the TV never came on despite new batteries for both remotes.

Very convenient location across from subway stations, shops, restaurants, and a Monoprix (grocery store). The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Comfortable for our family of 6 with lots of shelving and closets. We also enjoyed the balcony facing the street and lots of pretty building. Only complaint is that the front bedroom can be a little loud due to the street noise.
