The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos; everything is clean and the size of the flat is perfectly suitable for a city break – even for four people. The only downside to the flat is the lack of air conditioning in the Parisian heat, but there are several fans in the flat to make up for it. The location in Saint-Denis is very central, less than 15 minutes from Notre Dame and less than 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There are various good boulangeries and restaurants nearby. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes away, and the nearest bike station (Vélib’) is 2 minutes away – you really must enjoy Paris by bike in August. Communication with the property manager is excellent; you always get a reply within 24 hours at the latest. We had an issue with some equipment missing from the flat, which was sorted within a few hours. All in all, a great place to stay for a city break in Paris.

Everything! Location, the style and cleanliness of the apartment. Beds were super comfy and the showers were good.
Only 1 slight thing when we got the keys the lockbox froze but only took us a couple of minutes and it was ok again.

Location was good. Near Metro stations and lots of restaurants and shops.
The advertisement is not accurate, the one bedroom didn't have curtains, the closets in one bedroom had no packing space. Lots of potential with a bit effort. When I addressed the problem, after 2 days the booking or management agent tried to shift the blame back to me, said they tried calling, but couldn't show me and the contact numbers on the house information card was not known to them. We understand trash infront our entrance for more than 2 days. Was contacted by the managing agent afterwards to offer me 80 Euro as refund, but quickly followed up with a request to remove this post... so be mindfull.
