Urban Flat 157 - Coco Flat in Montorgueil

This is a great little suite in a good area with many restaurants and walkability to many Paris attractions. The suite was very clean, has 2.5 bathrooms (2 with good showers), 2 bedrooms equipped with a double and single bed each, and a pull out couch in the living area. The beds are comfortable. They state the suite sleeps 8 which it could but it would be a tight fit. There were 4 of us and it was perfect. The pictures make the suite look bigger than it is. The suite is well equipped with kitchen supplies, a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.. A little welcome package including a bottle of wine, cookies and some coffee pods was provided upon arrival which was a nice touch.

I have very few complaints. We did have trouble finding our way into the suite and needed help. The courtyard that you go through to get to the door leading up to the suite is sketchy and often filled with garbage. They only give you one key even though the suite sleeps up to eight people. Not a huge problem as there is a lock box outside the door where you can leave the key, but this takes some coordination. The door is difficult to open with the key. It took us almost our whole week there to get it totally figured out. They could be more generous with toilet paper as there was one role per bathroom provided and no store really nearby to pick more up.

Excellent communicators. Polite, warm, and helpful. Accommodated us at last minute. Air conditioned, very important in 38 degree heat

Minor maintenance issues eg plug in main bathroom sink but this is nothing major. Fridge needs a thawing but instand this is very difficult in this heat and in peak season

Appartamento carino e colorato. Ci sono 3 bagni. Due dei quali con doccia in camera.

Aria condizionata non funzionante e doccia con vetro fisso ed apertura troppo stretta, il vetro della doccia era appunto fisso e non si chiudeva tutto con conseguente fuoriuscita d'acqua nel pavimento del bagno. Doccia intasata, scarico molto lento, si formavano il "laghetto", tutto nella stanza più piccola.. Entrone del palazzo sporco. Quartiere così così.
