Houses are no longer built as they were, or so they say… and nowhere is this more , obvious than here in Seville. For one, it is truly amazing to find a property like this right in the centre of town: a full 250m2 to be enjoyed as you please.
The ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall that leads into the centre patio where you can sit and relax while waiting for the family to get ready. At this level we have the first of the three double rooms. This bedroom has two single beds and ideal for member of the family that want to avoid too many stairs. On this level we also have the first of the three kitchens this house has to offer and one of the two bathrooms.
The first floor of the building has the large master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large walk in closet. The third bedroom with two single beds ideal for the kids is also on this level as well as the second bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The second floor houses the social section of this superb property: a beautiful living space divided into three sections; indoor sitting place with a chimney, the dining area and the TV area plus a beautiful outdoor space. On this level you also have your second kitchen; a kitchenet equipped with a small electric hob, a fridge and a perfect place to place your bar. The dinning table seats 6 comfortably and the TV area has a large screen Smart TV.
On the third floor you have the third kitchen – kitchenet equipped with a fridge and outdoor kitchen wear. At this level you access the second terrace. A beautiful covered area ideal to relax at night.From this level you can access your private “mirador” with lovely views of “La Giralda”
