Gut vom Bahnhof Moosach zu erreichendes Appartement. Mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett, Kochnische, Bad. Möglichkeit, Kleidung zu verstauen. Balkon bestuhlt und kleiner Tisch. Momentan ist die Straße vor dem Haus in eine Richtung gesperrt, deshalb war es leise.
Sehr warm, wenn draußen heiß. Die Klimasäule brachte etwas kalte Luft und die Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Das Appartement ist so klein, dass zwischen Bett und Wand nur ein kleiner Streifen bleibt, was nachts bei der Badbenutzung schwierig ist.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Austattung waren für uns sehr praktisch, Bad, Bett und Balkon waren angenehm und schön zu nutzen.

The property is very well located. Supermarket and bakery across the street. The underground is a few blocks away. The Feldmochinger lake is just 10 minutes away. Overall close to all amenities. The staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our visit and there’s no air conditioning in the building. We were promptly supplied with a ventilator upon request.
Online Check-in is a challenge and there’s no front desk. The tumble dryer was not working during our stay. The room was dusty. Access to a vacuum cleaner would be nice, instead of a hand broom.

Cucina rifornita di tutto, anche con macchina del caffè Nespresso+cialde e lavastoviglie!! Bagno enorme e con tutto il necessario.
Assenza dell'aria condizionata, cuscini del letto scomodissimi, praticamente inesistenti, stabile soffocante con le temperature molto alte. Distanza dal centro: 30 minuti
