The property is very well located. Supermarket and bakery across the street. The underground is a few blocks away. The Feldmochinger lake is just 10 minutes away. Overall close to all amenities. The staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our visit and there’s no air conditioning in the building. We were promptly supplied with a ventilator upon request.
Online Check-in is a challenge and there’s no front desk. The tumble dryer was not working during our stay. The room was dusty. Access to a vacuum cleaner would be nice, instead of a hand broom.

Appartamento pulito, piccolo e accogliente, adatto a 3-4 persone. Biancheria abbondante e pulita, sapone ovunque disponibile, dalla doccia al lavandino della cucina. Comoda la posizione per usare i mezzi pubblici e comoda la presenza di un supermercato proprio di fronte.
Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio perché troppo costoso. Trovo che la possibilità di parcheggiare dovrebbe essere compresa nell' appartamento, anche allo scoperto. Non è molto chiaro nella presentazione degli appartamenti il fatto che l' uso della lavatrice sia a pagamento.

Cucina rifornita di tutto, anche con macchina del caffè Nespresso+cialde e lavastoviglie!! Bagno enorme e con tutto il necessario.
Assenza dell'aria condizionata, cuscini del letto scomodissimi, praticamente inesistenti, stabile soffocante con le temperature molto alte. Distanza dal centro: 30 minuti
