The apartment is generally clean. Basement parking is RM12 max per day. Otherwise parking on street is free. In general the stay was ok. It was easy to access the unit fr basement.
Towels provided were quite old with stains. Owner promptly offered to bring new ones the next day. Would be good if the toilet seats can be replaced. As area is surrounded by eateries, there is noise till late night, and early next day. Mainly sound of cars constantly going over a metal grating. Aircons were working well but can be a bit noisy.
