The building condition is prestigious and new.
Facilities like gym and pool are acceptable.
Fulfill the modern living type of people.
Value for money.
The access to that place, so confusing because of the multi layered road that even the map unable to lead me correctly.
I have difficulties on getting to the place, as well getting out of the place.
The elevator has no aircond, and too slow.
Hectic surrounding, noise from vehicle sounds even the room is located at high floor.
