Mossaz Exsim by Nexx Field

I recently stayed at Mossaz Exsim in Damansara Perdana, and overall, it was a very budget-friendly experience with a lot of positives, though there is some room for improvement. The Positives: The room was wonderfully clean upon arrival, which is always my top priority. The hosts were also very thoughtful in providing all the essential amenities you might need, including fresh towels, toiletries, an iron, and a hair dryer. Given everything that was included, the room rate was highly reasonable and offered excellent value for money.

Areas for Improvement: There were a few minor hiccups during our stay that I hope the management can look into. First, the hotel area was quite difficult to locate initially, so clearer instructions or signage for guests would be a huge help. Inside the room, we noticed that the bathroom door was unable to lock, and the mattress felt rather uneven, which made it a little tough to get a perfectly comfortable night's sleep. Finally, as a very minor detail, the wall clock had run out of batteries. Despite these small maintenance issues, the cleanliness and affordability made it a decent stay. With just a few quick fixes, this could easily be a fantastic place to book.

Sangat selesa. Rumah kecil tapi selesa untuk keluarga kecik. 1 small family dah cukup.

Kita takut nak masak sebab risau akan bau satu rumah. Kalau dapat masak lagi best. Boleh save money and senang sebab surrounding bangunan tu tak banyak pilihan makanan.

close to KPJ HOSPITAL when my mother did her surgery

the fridge was broken, we asked help from the first day, the landlord didn’t care, until the sixth day we check out still not solving the fridge problem, and it was very important for my mom recovery treatment to use ice for her knee surgery’s. we didn’t complain or disturb them , but when we check out we ask for late check out until 14.00 because my mother was in hospital for her physiotherapy, they said have to pay extra 15 RM per hour, it was very unpleasant for us, not really recommended
