I love that the property is very clean.
With the price we pay plus the owner charging an extra RM400 for deposit, we expected that the property must have excellent facilities and the owner just want an assurance that they are taken care very well of.

Location very convenient
Upkeep of the house facilities. Try to install a better water filter & provide a electric stove.
