Value for money and proximity to town centre, and also train station. Alexa facility was nice.
It was fine generally. though I could have done without the many varied ornaments and vases adorning the relatively limited surfaces, also the toys and books above the kitchen sink. Some of the floor mats (especially the one in the living room) were a trip hazard. These are all easily addressed, and may not bother other guests. And I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for central Canterbury, comfortable and quirky!

The locations was excellent for what we needed. The place was really nice and slightly quirky.
As it was so hot, it would have felt more secure to have the bedroom windows able to open without having to be fully open.
