Very central lovely spacious flat good value clean

Fantastic location. Upstairs living area large, airy and spacious

Only downside was the noise from outside. Property is located very close to the main high street which was fantastic for getting out, but meant mopeds collecting food and bins being moved early hours. This was the only downside to otherwise perfect accommodation

The location was good, nice and spacious, beds comfortable.liked that it was set in 3 levels. Woukk lol d stay again

Difficult to get hold of owner when we were struggling to get on, phoned the number on booking.com but no reply. No details of wi-fi so had to message duty manager who told me it was in the router, but it wasn’t so then I was sent sign in details, this was the day after I had checked in .. minor things, like no T-towel left out, found in cupboard in downstairs bathroom, no hand wash in the container. Could do with bath sheets, as the towels weren’t very big …

Great location - kitchen was well equipped - top floor with kitchen and sitting was good

The place was grubby see pictures. Was charged an extra 10 Pounds when original payment method failed on their end, and admitted by Chantelle, asked 4 times without a response regarding extra charge. The place was NOT quiet at all - street noise went on and on - children during the day to and from school - bottles crashing into recycling all hours incidents at 1230 at night and 0515 in the morning and all times in between, motorbikes running food deliveries and when fridge ran it was annoyingly loud No mention in the ad the apartment was over 3 floors - not an appropriate place for someone limited mobility Several tripping hazards, in the kitchen and second bedroom by means of worn carpets. TV had only 1 channel unless one had membership to streaming channels such Netflix This place is NOT hypoallergenic Mold in both bathrooms, dust, dog hair in second bedroom could see on black bath matt and smelled of dog as we entered the apartment. Ad originally stated electric Dyer when questioned  Chantelle it was quickly removed from ad and there was no children's high chair as stated and only 1 sofa bed ad states 2.
