Location and kitchen facilities
Bathtub not elder friendly and no bath mat for the tub flooring. My 73 yo brother almost slip in the tub on first night. I had to go and shop for a rubber bath mat at Woolworth.
The smaller room has no wardrobe and nowhere to hang our clothes and no floor space to open the luggages
