Good
- Heated floors throughout the entire apartment make it comfortable, especially in colder months. - Stylish interior details, such as a table near the fireplace, add a unique charm. - A fully functioning oven and varied lighting options enhance the living experience. - Responsive hosts who quickly resolve any issues that arise. - Convenient location — there's a nearby grocery store and a café with decent food. - Peaceful view from the apartment overlooking a tree-surrounded backyard. - They made an exception and allowed us to check in with a small pet. - The owner's father helped to grill the kebabs)
- Kitchen lacks essential utensils and supplies (knives, boards). Some cups were cracked, and cutlery wasn’t clean. - Limited storage space - only one closet for the whole apartment. When two families stay, it becomes inconvenient, especially in the lower room where belongings end up in the living area. - There’s a large open gap between the upper and lower floors, reducing sound insulation and personal privacy. It would be better if this were closed off. - The name of the listing is misleading, as it implies the whole house is rented, when in fact it’s just an apartment. - A properly sealed shower cabin (the current one leaks onto the bathroom floor) - No dishwasher
