For 400 euros for 2 nights not worth it

It looks modern and nice. There was a nice gift for us with wine. It is located right next to the main tourist street.

The communication with a host is confusing. The final location was sent when we arrived and got into the building only then I was sent the floor and room number. Host was not there to meet us on time. No documents asked and host even replied when I asked if he needs my documents- “if you want you send it”. And then we had a little issue with the parking- please note that they don’t have private parking and you will discover that these guys will make you get a fine for your car registrated as this is they was they pay for the parking which does not make sense - why would I jeopardize my reputation as a driver just because someone treats parking fee as a better case just to get a fine for a car and pay for it - and we discovered that only when our car rental company sent us a screenshots that we got a fine invoice for staying in Zlatibor - so host at least could have let us know that “hey guys you will get a fine invoice for parking don’t worry it cost they same if you would pay for daily parking”. But instead when we arrived he asked for our car number, sent us a video where to park our car and said don’t worry like he would take care of it. I find it inappropriate communication. Also this place is located very close to all restaurants and on Friday it was very loud up until 3am in the morning. On top of that the bed on the upstairs is a very uncomfortable and soft so you fell all moves of someone who sleeps with you so we could not fall asleep properly all nights plus noise from streets. For those who face issues with your vessels in nose and got addiction from nose drops - the air feels very dry in winter and for me as an addict to nasal drops I suffered there a lot my nose was dry and bad. Btw the parking fee was compensated but we rather not to get a fee invoice from rental car and get communication properly from a host.

warm apartment for family stay in such beautiful place (call the host before arriving)

the room is new and warm, the fournitures are new and modern, the floor heating is excellent, the room is big the location is great, with restaurants and shoppings.

the room is great but it is very very hard to find! we spent too much time in it and even miss the golden gondola! it is a big pity in Zlatibor. the google map is wrong! Do contact the host before arriving!!!

Despite some flaws, the stay was mostly pleasant.

Location is great. It is in the center of Zlatibor, 30 meters from lake. Everything is new and clean. Specialy the bathroom, which was most important to us.

The building has illuminated signs on the outside that stay on all night, and the apartment does not have curtains wide enough to block the light, so the entire apartment remains lit throughout the night. Additionally, a major drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the apartment. Since loud music was playing beneath the window until around 2:30 a.m., we had to keep the windows closed, which made the space very stuffy. I would like to point out that we were traveling as a family with a small child, which made all of the above issues even more significant.

Cosy apartments with excellent location

Great location near the lake, park and other facilities. The apartments were clean, very cosy and comfortable. It met all our expectations. Thanks host for easy communication and support during our stay. Breakfast was served in a nearby hotel and was good quality with various dishes.

The apartment is well-furnished and clean.

The check-in could have been more smooth. The accommodation is difficult to find if you come by car and you do not know Zlatibor well, although it is in the center of Zlatibor in a pedestrian zone. No one really welcomed us, it was just the cleaning lady who gave us the keys and showed us where the apartment is. As we had problems with finding a parking place, we tried calling the host several times but no one answered for some 45 mins which made us very frustrated. At the end, the host paid for our parking place for the rest of the day, and secured a parking spot for the next days, which was nice. We also were asking for hairdryer and some toilet paper, and received an answer from the host after 1.5 hours. All in all, good place, but host needs to improve communication with guests.

It is hard to find the place as the navigation guides to the center of the Town and informs "you have arrived to the location" The object is located at the promenade with no clear distinction. The Best way to avoid problem is to call the owner for directions.

The location. It is exactly in the centre of zlatibor, a few metres away from the lake. I appreciated the fact that my booking was accepted a few minutes before we checked in.

The area is very noisy at night, so if one s looking for a quiet stay, stay far away from the centre.
