Barely fullfills the standard, no luxury in reality, only in the pictures

I liked what you got for the price (55-60e) and was looking forward to spending time here - free parking and access to the pool. The reception is not especially kind but they do their job when you ask them. Upon arrival we got to an ice cold appartment even if the reception was in charge of renting out the appartment. We got home shoes and an extra radiator upon request and it took almost whole first day to warm up the appartment. Heating in the bathroom was not so good even if it has one radiator. Spa was ok given that it was included in the price, water in the big pool cold, and in the kids pool bearable, a bit warmer. Showers and locker rooms has much improving to do, when crowded probably it is impossible to get your turn to shower and fix yourself.

I generaly dont like when people represent something for luxury when it is barely fulfilling the standard so we will not be coming back again due to a new booking issue caused by this same reception and their dishonest business policy. It is also very far from the center of Zlatibor on foot so I do not recommend.

Cold water in swimming pool, probably it is a feature, you should be aware. Turkish bath didn't work. Poor internet. Room didn't have air cooling, though it was in the offer. The stuff changed the room, but it took time and we had to carry the luggage again.

Complete Impression was so bad, I am disappointed, I will never recomand.

The buildings are new, but even if you pay the most expensive apartment,if you have a dog you'll get the worst.

They say that the hotel is pet friendly the pictures was fenomenal and then when we arrived they gave us the worst possible apartment just because we have a dog, the beds were old and the bed linen was torn and it didn't cover the whole bed. It's like when you put a small bedspread on a king size bed, I need to put pictures, so you guys can see It. As if they tried to insult us somehow, because we brought a dog. They says that they have air conditioning, but they don't, at that time it was 45 degrees. We could't breathe and our dog even more. We paid for one night but in the end we didn't even sleep, we left in the evening for the next trip The whole treatment was so bad, If you are pet lover esspecially...I will never recomand.

Apartman je bio veoma prljav. U čitavom ulazu u zgradu smrdi kanalizacija. Na bazenu je bilo puno ljudi koji nisu poštovali kućni red a niko ih nije opominjao. Apartman koji smo rezervisali nije bio i onaj koji smo dobili. Bili smo ovdje ranije i utisak je sada potpuno drugačiji. Jastuci tvrdi kao kamen 🥴

An expensive non valuable stay, not to be repeated

the location is good, there is a bakery close by with home made goodies. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

the swimming pool was very cold, it couldn’t be used, and that is one of the reasons we came.

my daughter, our dog and I enjoined our stay at the resort so much that we can’t wait to come there again

during sunny winter days we were discovering wonderful Zlatibor mountain and as it got darker and colder and our dog wanted to rest, my daughter and I were swimming in the spring water swimming pool and I have relaxed in the Turkish bath and sauna. the resort staff was always super nice and helpful

at the beginning of our stay I have made some remarks about the studio e.g. no hot water to wash the dishes, too short bed linen or full garbage bin, but everything was fixed in no time

An apartment complex near Zlatibor

The resort is situated in a pretty nice place on the outskirts on Zlatibor (but the town center is still in a walking distance). They have a spa complex with a sauna and a basin (but it's a bit overcrowded those on New Year days).

In my opinion, for such a price a room could be bigger. Also the restaurant on the resort didn't work at all, and the restaurants in the town aren't close at all. And my usual complain is that the place is pretty noisy (especially during the holiday season), and the sound protection could be a lot better.
