Hea asukoht kesklinna lähedal vaiksel tänaval. Parkimiskoht maja kõrval, esimese korruse tuba ja ei pea kõrgele ronima. Külaliste eest on hoolitsetud, köögis vajalikud esmatarbekaubad nagu soolad, suhkrud, tee, kohvi jne. olemas. Ka pakendis hambaharjad ja pasta mida pole enne kohanud :-). Kapsel kohvimasin tegi väga maitsvat kohvi. Voodi juures olemas lugemislamp mida ka paljudes kohtades pole.
Pigem soovitus: boileri juurde peaks paigaldama soojavee temperatuuri piirava regulaatori, segistitega on alguses pisut keeruline õiget temperatuuri seadistada.

Peatun siin juba mitmendat korda ja igakord tulen justkui oma koju- siin on hubane, armas ja majutajad on ülilahked ning alati abivalmid.
