Good location, host is very helpful. The property has everything, it's like from home to home. Would recommend it :)
Only downside is the parking space, slightly tight. Otherwise perfect.

Location is fantastic, Broughton is a lovely market town with an eclectic mix of shops to suit everyone, everyone we met was nice and friendly
An ideal place to explore North Devon from.
North Beach Cottage was very well presented with nice touches such as a welcome bottle of Prosecco, milk, tea, coffee etc.
Nothing to complain about really, the accommodation allows dogs which is great however' the carpet as you enter the property appears to have stains from doggy accidents.

Location was perfect to explore, the cottage was absolutely beautiful and cosy with many thoughtful touches to make our stay perfect
The sofa and bed we found uncomfortable which is such a shame as everything else was perfect - if like us you wanted to stay in and relax on the evening a deeper softer sofa would be perfect 😉
