Entering this light, fresh and spacious property, you will be greeted by a cheerful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering a cosy space for you to unwind in after a fantastic day exploring North Devon. The bright and cheery lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, including a handy sofa bed. There’s a cosy dining table over in one corner, perfect for romantic meals which you can prepare in the stylishly arranged kitchen. The sleek and fully equipped kitchen also features a useful breakfast bar and plenty of storage space. An additional WC can be found on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the bright and spacious bedroom. This room is set in the eaves of the property, with low sloping ceilings, ample storage and a lovely king-size bed alongside a refreshing en-suite shower room.
From the main living area, a door opens out onto an enclosed decked patio space with garden furniture, making a relaxing spot for a morning coffee or some al fresco dining. Parking is available for one car on the gravelled area in front of the cottage.
