Luogo strategico x i vari spostamenti, tutti i servizi di prima necessità nei dintorni,fermata trasporti antistante.
Alloggio accogliente e pulito,per chi ha problemi di un minimo di deambulazione,non è adatto,scale un po' strette, specialmente x il secondo piano.Vanno rivisti i servizi igienici,non tutti funzionanti al 100%( fatto presente e non sistemato).
